In august 2008, Cloudshill Consulting, managed by Erik De Rouck, started off as new consulting company operating in the Benelux. Numerous projects later Cloudshill Consulting has become a reputated name in the highly specialized domain of Enterprise Performance applications consultancy.

The classic approach of installing software on computers is no longer the standard practice. Software is now delivered and sold as a service, so you run it from the supplier's cloud. This allows quicker setup and shorter project cycles.
Erik De Rouck followed a deep-dive administrator session on Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). Impressed by the new features of the software, he created and released following movie showing new features from version 12 of Essbase:
